Account & Sign In
After payment you should have been redirected to a page to create your password. If you skipped that or the page timed out, go to getcurb.net, click "Get Curb", and use the same email. Or email us at hi@getcurb.net and we'll sort it out fast.
Tap "Forgot password" on the sign-in screen in the app and enter your email. You'll get a reset link — clicking it will take you to a page where you can set a new password.
Check your spam folder first. If it's not there, email us at hi@getcurb.net with the email address on your account and we'll reset it manually.
Yes — sign in with your email and password on any iPhone. Your data syncs to your account.
Using the App
Tap the Jobs tab, then the + button in the top right. Add your client, service details, date, and price. That's it — it'll show on your schedule and route automatically.
Open the Route tab to see all your jobs for the day plotted on a map. Curb organizes your stops to minimize drive time. Tap any stop to get directions.
After completing a job, open it and tap "Send Invoice." Curb generates the invoice and sends it directly to your client's email. You can track whether it's been paid from the Money tab.
Curb monitors the weather for your job locations. If rain or bad weather is forecast for a scheduled job, you'll get an alert so you can reschedule before your client does.
Workspaces & Teams
A workspace lets multiple people share one job board, client list, and route. If you run a crew or work with a partner, everyone sees the same data in real time. The person who creates the workspace pays $9.99/month — everyone else just needs their own $39 unlock.
Open the Curb app, go to Settings, and tap "Workspace." From there you can create a new workspace, which will walk you through checkout. Once payment is confirmed, your workspace is active and you can start inviting people.
Go to the Team tab in the app and tap "Invite." You'll get a 24-hour invite code to share with your crew member. They enter it in their own app under Settings → Workspace → Join. They need a Curb account first — make sure they've downloaded the app and have their $39 unlock.
Owners and Admins can see everything — all clients, jobs, financials, and can assign work to anyone. Crew members only see jobs assigned to them. They can't see client contact info, payment details, or other team members' work.
Access continues until the end of the billing period. After that, each member keeps a local copy of the data on their own device — nothing is lost. The shared copy stays on our servers for 30 days in case you resubscribe, then it's permanently deleted.
After checkout you should have been redirected back to the app automatically. If that didn't happen, open the Curb app and go to Settings → Workspace — there should be a banner to tap and activate it. If it's still not showing, email us at hi@getcurb.net with your payment email and we'll sort it out.
